不同麻醉方式对全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓发生率的影响

目的：探究不同麻醉方式对全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的发生率影响,以供临床参考以及研究。方法该次研究对象从2015年2月―2016年2月于该院就诊的全髋关节置换术患者中方便选取58例,通过动态随机分组的方法将其分为2组,对照组29例全髋关节置换术患者采用全身麻醉,观察组29例全髋关节置换术患者采用腰硬联合麻醉,探究58例全髋关节置换术患者经不同方法麻醉后发生深静脉血栓的几率。结果通过该文研究结果中可以看出,观察组患者的深静脉血栓发生率为6.90%(2/29﹚,对照组患者的深静脉血栓发生率为31.03%(9/29﹚,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对全髋关节置换术患者实施腰硬联合麻醉可以有效降低患者在手术后发生深静脉血栓的几率,从而有效提高患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,其具有较高的临床治疗价值,可应用推广。

Effect of Different Anesthesia Replacement Surgery the Incidence of Deep vein Thrombosis after Total Hip Joint

Objective Explore different anesthesia replacement surgery the incidence of deep vein thrombosis on total hip, for clinical reference and research.Methods Convenient the study selected 58 cases from February 2015 to February 2016 total hip replacement patients in our hospital by Dynamic randomized divided into two groups, the control group, 29 cases of total hip arthroplasty replacement patients general anesthesia, observed 29 patients with total hip arthroplasty in patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, explore the 58 cases of total hip replacement surgery in patients treated with dif-ferent probability method of anesthesia after deep vein thrombosis. Results By the results of this study can be seen in the observation group were deep vein thrombosis rate was 6.90% (2/29) in the control group of patients with deep vein throm-bosis was 31.03% (9/29), P <0.05, the difference statistically significant. Conclusion For the implementation of total hip arthroplasty in patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia can reduce the probability of patients with deep vein thrombosis after surgery, thus effectively improve patient outcomes and improve the quality of life of patients having a high clinical value, can be app promotion.
