坤泰胶囊+克龄蒙结合治疗卵巢早衰疗效观察

目的：分析坤泰胶囊联合克龄蒙在卵巢早衰中的治疗效果。方法方便选取2014年4月—2015年12月该院收治的卵巢早衰患者140例，随机分为观察组、对照组，对照组患者采用克龄蒙治疗，观察组采用坤泰胶囊结合克龄蒙治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果①观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为97.14%、84.29%，P﹤0.05；②治疗后观察组和对照组的K评分分别为（6.27±2.55)、（9.53±2.85)，P﹤0.05；③治疗结束后，观察组和对照组患者的血清卵泡激素分别为（39.3±19.1)U/L、（47.3±23.1)U/L，雌激素分别为（38.7±11.3)ng/L、（34.2±9.3)ng/L，观察组的改变幅度更大，其组间差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊结合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰的效果良好，优势明显。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure with QUNTAI Capsule+Climen

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of QUNTAI capsule combined with Climen in premature ovarian failure in 140 patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 2015 April to 2014 December 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with Climen treatment, observation group used QUN-TAI capsule combined with Climen treatment, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results ①the observation group, the total efficiency of the control group were 97.14%, 84.29%, P﹤ 0.05; ②treatment group and control group, the K score was (6.27±2.55),(9.53±2.85), P﹤ 0.05; (3) after the end of treatment, the observation group and the con-trol group of patients with serum FSH were (39.3±19.1)U/L, (47.3±23.1)U/L, estrogen were (38.7±11.3)ng/L,(34.2±9.3)ng/L, the observation group changed more greatly, the difference between the groups was obvious (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion Kun with Climen treatment of premature ovarian failure has good effect, Xintai capsule has obvious advantages.
