刺络拔罐结合柴胡疏肝散治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

目的：观察刺络拔罐结合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法方便选取58例患者从2013年4月—2016年4月均采用刺络拔罐,2次/周,10次为1个疗程;口服柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,1剂/d,服用20 d。结果共治疗58例,治愈26例,占44.83%;好转28例,占48.27%;无效4例,占6.90%;总有效率93.10%。结论放血疗法结合柴胡疏肝散治疗寻常痤疮有显著疗效。

Cupping Clinical Observation of Acne Vulgaris with ChaiHuShuGan Powder

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking cupping combined with ChaiHuShuGan powder in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods All patients from April 2013 to April 2016 were treated with blood letting puncture and cupping, twice a week, 10 times for a course of treatment, oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder addition and subtraction treatment, daily 1 agent, take 20 days. Results A total of 58 cases were cured, 26 cases were cured, accounting for 44.83%; 28 cases improved, accounting for 48.27%; 4 cases were ineffective, accounting for 6.90%; the total effective rate was 93.10%. Conclusion Bloodletting therapy combined with CHSGS has remarkable curative effect for the treatment of acne vulgaris.
