从瘀论治前列腺痛临床观察

目的：为了探讨从瘀论治前列腺痛的临床疗效。方法方便选取2012年9月—2014年2月该院用活血化瘀、清热利湿为主的中药汤剂治疗前列腺痛患者120例,同时与前列康片治疗60例作对照,观察患者治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数（NIH—CPSI）。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组与对照组比较χ2=14.31,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,说明治疗组改善前列腺痛症状明显优于对照组。结论该方在对前列腺痛的症状改善方面取得良好疗效,以活血化瘀、清热利湿为主的中药汤剂在改善前列腺痛症状方面疗效显著。该方为从瘀论治前列腺痛的又一有效的治疗方案。
