厄贝沙坦治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床分析

目的：关于厄贝沙坦在老年慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗中的作用分析。方法该次研究方便选取该院2011年12月—2015年12月期间收治的50例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。对照组患者采用常规治疗；观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上外加厄贝沙坦治疗。结果观察组患者的总有效率（80.00%)显著高于对照组（40.00%)；且观察组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEDV、LVESV等指标明显优于对照组且差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦在老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗中效果非常显著。

Clinical Analysis of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To analyze the role of Maher Bbe Chatain in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in the elderly. Methods This study selected 50 cases of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure treated in our hospi-tal from December 2011 to December 2015. The control group was treated with conventional therapy; patients in the obser-vation group on the basis of conventional therapy plus irbesartan treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group (80%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (40%), and the observation group LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD, LVEDV, LVESV and other indicators were significantly better than the control group (P﹤ 0.05). Conclusion The effect of irbesartan in the treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure is significant.
