智力训练联合针灸治疗小儿脑瘫临床研究

目的：为了提高小儿脑瘫患者的治疗效果，探讨和研究智力训练联合针灸治疗的价值和意义。方法按照随机原则选取100例于2014年1月—2016年1月来该院就诊的小儿脑瘫患者作为研究对象，并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例，入组所有患者均选用针灸方案进行治疗，而试验组患者同时给予智力训练，比较不同治疗方案的对患者生活质量评分的影响。结果经过研究发现，试验组和对照组患者生活质量均有所改善，但试验组患者生活质量评分更高，且两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小儿脑瘫患者在治疗过程中选取智力训练联合针灸方案治疗，效果明显，值得临床推广。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy with Intel-ligence Training Combined with Acupuncture

Objective To improve the treatment effect of children with cerebral palsy and to explore the value and signifi-cance of the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mental training. Methods According to the principle of random selection of 100 cases of children with cerebral palsy patients in our hospital in January 2014 to Jan-uary 2016 as the research object and through the toss of a coin to the test group and the control group, all the patients were selected from the acupuncture treatment, and experimental group patients were also given intelligence training, compare dif-ferent therapies on patients' quality of life influence. Results After the study, the quality of life of the experimental group and the control group were improved, but the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with cere-bral palsy in the selection of mental training combined with acupuncture treatment , the effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
