针对不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的：探讨不同剂量的辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高血脂症的效果。方法整群选取该院2015年1—12月收治的156例老年高血压合并高血脂患者,将其随机分为高剂量组和低剂量组,对两组患者采用不同剂量的辛伐他汀进行治疗,比较两组患者的血脂与血压变化。结果高剂量组的并发症发病率为6.41%,低剂量组的并发症发病率为7.69%,两组患者的并发症发病率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论高剂量的辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高血脂效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

According to the Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Different Doses of Simvastatin in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension Complicated with Hyperlipemia

Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hy-pertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods Group selection between January to December 2015 from 156 cases in elderly hy-pertension and hyperlipidemia patients, which were randomly divided into high dose group and low dose group, of two groups of patients with different doses of simvastatin treatment, compared two groups of patients with lipids and blood pres-sure changes. Results The complication rate of the high dose group was 6.41%, the complication rate of the low dose group was 7.69%, the incidence of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion High dose of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly hypertension and hyperlipidemia patients with better effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
