冠状动脉多层螺旋CT造影检查技术及影响图像质量的因素

目的：探析冠状动脉多层螺旋CT造影检查技术及影响图像质量的因素。方法整群选取该院2015年10月—2016年6月收治的62例采取冠状动脉多层螺旋CT造影检查的患者,使用Leonardo工作站进行图像后处理,3D成像软件进行重建,分析检查结果及影响图像质量的相关因素。结果本组62例患者,50例患者在CT扫描期间,其心率﹤70次/min,其中图像1级有38例,10例图像2级,图像3级和4级各为1例；8例患者在CT扫描期间,其心率在70~80次/min,其中图像2级5例,图像3级3例；4例患者在CT扫描期间,其心率﹥80次/min,图像质量比较差,不能满足临床影像诊断。结论对于冠状动脉的诊断,采取多层螺旋CT检查,能够良好的显示冠状动脉及其分支,同时在检查过程应严格采取正确的方式进行,方可获得满意的图像效果,此外,该检查成功与否的首要关键在于患者心率的快慢。

Multislice Spiral CT Angiography and Technical Factors Affecting Image Quality of Coronary

Objective Analysis of factors of coronary multislice spiral CT angiography technique and affect the image qual-ity. Methods Group selection our hospital in October 2015 —June 2016 62 cases take multislice CT coronary angiography in patients admitted, using Leonardo workstation after image processing, 3D imaging software for rebuilding analysis of test results and related factors affecting image quality. Results The group of 62 patients, 50 patients during a CT scan, heart rate<70 beats/min, wherein the image level 1 38 cases, 10 cases picture level 2, an image grade 3 and 4 each 1 case; 8 patients during the CT scan, heart rate 70~80 beats/min, wherein the image grade 25 cases, grade image 33 cases;four patients dur-ing a CT scan, heart rate>80 beats/min, the image quality is poor, can not meet the clinical imaging diagnosis. Conclusion For the diagnosis of coronary artery, to take multi-slice spiral CT, coronary artery can be a good show and its branches, and in the inspection process should be strictly taken the right way, the only satisfactory image quality. In addition, the exami-nation success the primary key is the patient's heart rate speed.
