食管及贲门癌组织中GPDA活性的研究

目的：探讨甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶（GPDA）在食管贲门癌组织中的变化规律。方法：检测食管癌12例和贲门癌8例癌组织和远癌组织中GPDA活性，比较分析鳞癌和腺癌组织中GPDA活性，对肿瘤组织和血清GPDA活性进行了相关性分析，并对正常人和食管贲门癌患者和血清GPDA活性进行了对比研究。结果：食管及贲门癌组织中GPDA活性高于远癌组织，腺癌组织中GPDA活性高于鳞癌组织，肿瘤组织和血清之间GPDA活性无相关性，食管贲门癌患者血清GPDA活性与正常人比较差异无显著性。结论：检测食管贲门癌组织中GPDA活性有助于判断良恶性病变。血清GPDA活性对食管贲门癌无诊断价值。

STUDY ON GLYCYLPROLINE DIPEPTIDYL AMINOPEPTIDASE IN TISSUES OF ESOPHAGUS AND CARDIAC CANCER

Objectives:To explore the change rule and clinical value of glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase(GPDA) in tissues of esophageal and cardiac cancers.Methods:GPDA activities were measured in tissues of cancers and tissues far from cancers in 12 cases with esophageal cancer and 8 cases with cardiac cancer.GPDA activities from different pathological tissues were comparatively analyzed.Correlation of GPDA activities between cancerous tissues and sera was studied.Serum GPDA activities of healthy persons and cases with esophageal and cardiac cancers were compared.Results:GPDA activities were higher in tissues of esophageal and cardiac cancers than in the tissues far from cancers.GPDA activities were higher in tissues of adenoma than in those of squamous cancer.There was no significant difference of serum GPDA between cases with esophageal and cardiac cancers and healthy persons.Conclusions:Measurements of GPDA activities in tissues of esophageal and cardiac cancers are helpful to the judgement of benign and malignant lesions.There is no diagnostic value of serum GPDA for esophageal and cardiac cancers.
