吉西他滨联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:观察吉西他滨联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的近期临床疗效。方法:55例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机数字表法分为两组,A组27例仅采用放疗方法治疗,B组28例在放疗治疗基础上加用吉西他滨治疗。比较两组近期疗效及不良反应。结果:B组治疗总有效率为85.7%,A组总有效率为55.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);A组有14例主要表现为乏力、纳差,6例恶心、呕吐症状明显;B组有15例主要表现为乏力、纳差,8例恶心、呕吐症状明显。A组中有Ⅰ度骨髓抑制15例,Ⅱ度骨髓抑制12例,无Ⅲ度及Ⅳ度骨髓抑制情况出现;B组中有Ⅰ度骨髓抑制16例,Ⅱ度骨髓抑制10例,Ⅲ度骨髓抑制2例,无Ⅳ度骨髓抑制情况出现。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:吉西他滨联合放疗可明显提高中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效,且不良反应可耐受。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the recent clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with radiotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer. Method:55 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups, A group(27 cases)was only treated with radiation therapy,and B group(28 cases)was treated with gemcitabine on the base of radiation therapy. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of the B group was 85.7%,and that of the A group was 55.6%. There was differences between the two groups(P〈0.01). The main adverse reactions of 14 patients in the A group showed weak,poor appetite,6 patients showed nausea,vomiting symptoms. The main adverse reactions of 15 patients in the B group showed weak,poor appetite,8 patients showed nausea,vomiting symptoms. 15 patients in the A group had Ⅰdegrees of bone marrow suppression,12 patients of Ⅱdegrees of bone marrow suppression,there was no Ⅲand Ⅳdegrees of bone marrow suppression. 16 patients in the B group hadⅠdegrees of bone marrow suppression,10 patients ofⅡdegrees of bone marrow suppression,2 patients ofⅢdegrees of bone marrow suppression,no Ⅳdegrees of bone marrow suppression. There was no difference about adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The methods of gemcitabine combined with radiotherapy can significantly improve short-term effect in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,and adverse reactions could be tolerated by patients.
