血栓通联合硝酸酯类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的：观察血栓通联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选择冠心病心绞痛患者100例，随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组患者仅应用硝酸甘油注射液10mg，每日一次；治疗组患者在应用硝酸甘油的同时加用注射用血栓通500mg，每日一次静点；两组疗程均为3周。观察两组患者的临床症状疗效、心电图疗效和血液流变学指标。结果：治疗组患者的临床症状疗效和心电图疗效总有效率分别为96．00％和80．00％，均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），治疗组患者血液流变学血指标的改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：血栓通与硝酸酯类静脉制剂联合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

OBSERVATION OFTHERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF XUESHUANTONG COMBINED NITRATE MEDICINE ON CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ANGINA

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of xueshuantong combined nitroglycerin on coronary heart disease and angina.Methods： 100 coronary heart disease and angina patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group （50 patients,the patients were only treated with 10mg nitroglycerin,once a day for three weeks） and treatment group （50 patients,the patients were treated with 10mg nitroglycerin and 500mg xueshuantong, once a day for three weeks）.The total effective rate and the indexes of haemorheology of patients in 2 groups were respectively observed.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）;In treatment group, the improvement of indexes of haemorheology was significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions：Xueshuantong combined nitrate medicine has fairly better effects on treating coronary heart disease and angina.
