| 摘 要： | 目的:观察刺络放血联合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:将102例急性痛风性关节炎患者采用刺络放血联合中药外敷。结果:治疗后生化指标、症状评定改善明显(P<0.05),临床疗效总有效率达到96.1%。结论:刺络放血联合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate efficacy of bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine to treat gouty arthritis. Methods ： A total of 102 patients of gouty arthritis was treated with bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine. Results： After treatment, biochemical parameter values and symptoms were improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） with a total effective rate of 96.1%. Conclusion： bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine is an effective treatment of gouty arthritis. |
