109例大肠癌患者发病因素分析

目的初步探讨延安地区大肠癌发生的主要高危因素,采取有效的预防措施和筛选高危人群,降低大肠癌的发生率。方法随访和统计分析2010-1月～2011-1月入住我院,并经病理确诊的109例大肠癌患者的临床资料和高危因素,构成比为主要研究指标。结果饮食方面：64.2%患者存在高脂肪饮食,56.9%低纤维素饮食,78.9%暴饮暴食;生活方式方面：63.3%长期吸烟史,35.8%胆囊切除手术史,75.2%较少进行体育锻炼;消化道疾病：9.2%大肠腺瘤病史,50.5%肠道慢性疾病病史,23.9%溃疡性结肠炎病史;遗传方面：13.8%患者有大肠癌家族史,2.8%患有家族性腺瘤性息肉病。结论高脂饮食、低纤维素饮食和体力活动较少为影响我地区大肠癌发生的主要高危因素。

An Analysis of Risk Factors of 109 Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate risk factors of colorectal cancer of Yan’an region,to take effective preventive measures and screen high-risk group to reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer.Methods The paper statistically analyzed clinical and pathological features and risk factors of 109 patients with colorectal cancer hospitalized in the affiliated hospital of Yan’an university from Jan.2010 to Jan.2011.The main endpoint is constituent ratio.Results There were 64.2% of patients with high-fat diet,56.9% with low-fiber diet,and 78.9% with overeating in diet.There were 63.3% of patients with long-term smoking,38.5% with gallbladder history,and 75.2% with less physical excising in the lifestyle.The patients with colorectal adenomas,chronic intestinal disease and ulcerative colitis were 9.2%,50.5%,and 23.9%,respectively.In genetic aspects,the pts with family history of colorectal cancer and familial adenomatous polyposis were 13.8% and 2.8% separately.Conclusion The high-fat diet,low-fiber diet and less physical activities are main risk factors affecting the incidence of colorectal cancer in Yan’an region.
