对老年社会工作教育本土化的思考

摘    要:开展老年社会工作教育,培养为老龄化社会的老年人服务的社会工作人员,是时代的需要。在目前老年社会工作教育中,存在两方面的误区:一是学生对老年社会工作这门课接受度不高,二是缺少适合社会工作专业本科生适用的教材。针对此问题,提出发展老年社会工作教育的对策如下:一确立以人为本的学科理念;二是教学相长:三是融教学与科研为一体;四是精心设计课程体系,运用多种教学方法。

Abstract:Education of social work for the aged must be carried out and social workers for the aging society trained. There are two long-standing mistaken ideas in the education of social work for the aged. One is that the students are reluctant to take the course of social work. for the aged. And the other is that we are short of appropriate teaching materials for the social work major. We propose to localize the education of social work for the aged, i.e. firstly to establish human-oriented ideas, secondly to make teaching and learning benefit each other, thirdly to mingle teaching with scientific research, and fourthly to carefully design the curriculum system and employing various teaching methods.
