一段式种植修复前牙即刻负重的临床回顾性研究

目的回顾性分析948例一段式纯钛人工牙种植体前牙缺失种植修复即刻负重的临床效果。方法对1993年1月~2007年1月在河北医科大学口腔医院颅颌面种植中心经治的资料完整的948例前牙缺失人工牙种植修复即刻负重病例(共计植入1419颗一段式纯钛人工牙种植体)进行回顾性研究。结果1419颗一段式纯钛人工牙种植体前牙种植术后随访6个月~14年,失败76颗,成功率94.64%;未发现与种植术相关的其他并发症。结论HBIC一段式柱状异形螺纹纯钛人工牙种植体的临床应用效果较好,且操作简单,能够较好满足临床前牙缺失患者种植修复即刻负重的要求。

THE RETROSPECTIVE CLINICAL STUDY OF THE ANTERIOR DENTURE SUPPORTED BY ONE-STAGE IMPLANT WITH IMMEDIATE LOADING

Objective To analyze retrospectively the clinical effect of the implant dentures with immediate loading,by observing 948 patients with one-stage implants.MethodsNine hundred forty-eight patients(from Jan.1993 to Jan.2007,a total of 1 419 one-stage implants)with the anterior tooth implant dentures with immediate loading,treated in the Craniomaxillofacial Center of the Stomatology Hospital of Hebei Medical University,were studied retrospectively.ResultsAfter 6 months~14 years post-operation observation of the 1 419 implants,the success rate was 94.64%,with a total of 76 implants failed.Moreover,no other complication associated with implantation was shown.ConclusionThe clinical effect of the HBIC one-stage implants is fairly good and the operation is convenient.And the implant can fairly well meet the needs of the immediate loading of the anterior tooth implant denture.
