中西医结合治疗高血压性脑出血的临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效.方法将起病24 h内的高血压性脑出血病人112例,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组52例.两组均西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用纳络酮和复方丹参注射液静脉输注.分别于治疗前及治疗后第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天利用CT测量血肿体积,临床进行神经功能缺损(NFD)评分.对意识障碍病人行GCS评分.结果治疗组第14天、第21天、第28天NFD评分分别优于对照组.治疗组意识障碍病人的7日清醒率高于对照组.结论中西医结合治疗可以促进高血压性脑出血病人血肿吸收,改善神经功能和促醒,减少并发症.

Clinical Observation on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated by Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM WM in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 112 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage within 24 hours of the onset were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group(n=52). The control group was treated with conventive western medicine, the treatment group was treated with naloxone, composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection (intravenous drip) on the conventive western medicine. The volumes of hematoma were measured by CT in the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21th and 28th day after their attacks. The neurological function deficits of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were evaluated. Glasgow outcome scale was measured for patients with disorders of consciousness. Results The volumes of hematoma were significantly lesser in treatment group than those of control group on the 14th, 21th and 28th day after their attacks, the NFDs were remarkable lower in treatment group than those of control group in the 21th and 28th day after clinical onset. More patients revived in treatment group than in control group on the seventh day. Conclusion TCM WM treatment could promote absorption of hematoma, improve neurofunction and the recovery of coma, decrease complication.
