护理干预对母乳喂养的效果观察

目的观察护理干预对母乳喂养的效果，为促进母婴健康提供科学依据。方法将护理干预后的100例产妇作为观察组，同期来院直接分娩的100例产妇作为对照组，比较分析2组产后母乳喂养情况。结果观察组产妇开奶时间、泌乳量、纯母乳喂养例数均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；新生儿72h体重增长速度观察组也较对照组显著增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预可以让产妇改变认知，提高喂养技能，从而促进母乳喂养成功。

Nursing intervention on the effect of breastfeeding

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the effect of breastfeeding, in order to promote maternal and child health and to provide the scientific basis. Methods 100 cases after nursing intervention of maternal as research group, to the same period of 100 cases of maternal direct delivery as control group, comparative analysis of two postpartum breasffeeding. Results The observation group maternal milk lactation time, quantity, breast-feeding were significantly higher than average in control group （P〈0.01）, the weight growth of neonatal at 72 h obvious increased significantly than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can change cognitions of the puerperant, improve feeding skills, so as to promote the breasffeeding Success.
