爆炸事故幸存者创伤后应激障碍发生的影响因素

目的：探讨爆炸事故幸存者发生PTSD的影响因素。方法：在爆炸事故后3-5个月期间，对事故幸存者(28例)的一般情况、创伤经历、受伤程度及对善后处理的满意程度进行调查。采用创伤后应激反应症状清单、事件影响量表(IES)、SCL-90、康奈尔医学指数(CMI)、应付方式问卷、EPQ、SDS、SAS进行评定，并与对照组(30例)进行比较。结果：研究组的应付方式的内疚、幻想和消极方式与对照组有显著性差异。Logistic回归分析：“创伤的暴露程度”“对善后处理的满意程度”及应付方式的“自责”等进入方程。结论：特大爆炸事故幸存者PTSD的发生受创伤的暴露程度、对善后处理的满意程度及自责等因素的影响。

Influential Factors about PTSD

Objective: To investigate the influential factors about survivors of explosion event on happening post -traumatic stress. Methods : Twenty -eight survivors of a tremendous explosion were investigated in three to five month after the event. The list of post-traumatic stress symptoms. IES(impact of event scale), SCL -90, CMI (cornell medical index ), EPQ, SAS and SDS were used to assess the mental status of the survivors .Thirty people without traumatic experience were collected as control and received the same assessment. Results : Three factors make very important on happening post -traumatic stress, they are the scope of local exposure, the degree of satisfying to post event problem solving and self-blame. Conclusion : PTSD occurrence relates to the degree of exposure to the event, unsatisfying to post event problem solving and self-blame .
