犀角地黄汤对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿及行为学影响的研究

摘    要:
目的观察犀角地黄汤对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿及行为学变化的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法以自体血制作大鼠脑出血模型,将成功模型随机分为模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组、尼莫地平组,不造模者分为正常组、假手术组,以脑含水量、脑指数作为脑水肿观察指标;以Rosenberg行为学评分法作为行为学观察指标。结果脑出血后第7日,中药各剂量组和尼莫地平组大鼠脑指数和脑组织含水量明显降低;脑出血后第3日,中药各剂量组和尼莫地平组大鼠神经功能缺损症状有不同程度的改善,第7日改善明显。结论犀角地黄汤和尼莫地平均能降低脑出血后大鼠脑指数和脑组织含水量,改善神经功能缺损症状。

Effects of Xijiaodihuang Decoction on the Brain Edema and Behavioral Changes Following Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Rats

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of Xijiaodihuang Decoction on the brain edema and behavioral changes following acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats, and investigate its mechanisms. Methods: Experimental ICH models were established by injection of non - heparinized autologous arterial blood into the right basal ganglia of fifty rats, which were randomly divided into five groups, model group, TCM high dose group, TCM middle dose group, TCM small dose group, Nimodiping group, normal group and sham control group. Brain water content and cerebral index were calculated as the assessment of brain edema, Rosenberg behavioral test was carried out to measure behavioral changes of rats after ICH. Results: Brain water content and cerebral index were significantly decreased by treatment with Xifiaodihuang Decoction and Nimodipine on the 7th day compared with model group. Neurological deficit in Xijiaodihuang Decoction and Nimodipine groups were significantly improved compared with model group on the 3th day, especially on the 7th day. Conclusion: Xifiaodihuang Decoction and Nimodipine can reduce brain edema and pretect nerve cell after ICH in rats.
