血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效分析

目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法51例脑出血患者，男性36例，女性15例，均有高压病史。基底节区出血45例（28～90ml），皮质下出血6例（25～55ml），其中有11例破入脑室。根据CT定位，应用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎性穿刺针穿刺抽吸血肿，术后辅以尿激酶纤溶治疗。结果穿刺引流时间18h-5d。51例患者，术后血肿完全清除19例，清除80％以上27例，清除60％～80％ 5例。结论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗简单、安全、创伤小，能较快清除血肿，解除占位效应，提高患者生存质量，降低致残率及病死率。
