十堰地区肺吸虫动物宿主的调查研究

目的调查十堰地区感染肺吸虫动物的种类及感染情况。方法在流行区剖解不同动物,检查自然感染情况,观察实验室感染动物体内虫体发育情况及分布。结果本地区斯氏肺吸虫的终宿主可能为中、小型野生动物,家猫在流行病学上有一定的意义,人工感染多种动物获得成功。结论结合本地区地理环境,肺吸虫主要在野生动物之间和家养动物与野生动物间传播,而野生动物作为保虫宿主对本病的流行具有实际意义。

Study on the Animal Host of Paragonimus in Shiyan Region

Objectiet To investigate the kinds and t6he status of the animals infected wiht Paragonimus in Shiyan region. Motheds The animals in Paragonimus endemic area were insected to test the status of natural infection. The animals infected with Paragonimus in laboratory were observed to study the growth and the distribution of Paragonimus. Results Paragonimus transimissed mostly among the mild animals or between the mild and the farming animal, and the mild animal was the reservoir host. The smill and moderat mild amimals were the definitivea host in the region, and farming act played a important role on Paragonimus epidemiology. Conclusion The mild amimal and the farming act had practical significance for interrruping the transmission of Paragonimus in Shiyan region
