| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮扩张气管切开术在神经外科中的应用价值。方法 60例需气管切开的危重患者随机分为经皮扩张气管切开组及传统手术组,对手术操作时间、术后早期并发症、伤口愈合时间和费用等方面进行比较。结果经皮扩张气管切开组操作时间、手术相关早期并发症、伤口愈合时间均低于传统手术组(P<0.05),手术费用高于传统手术组(P<0.05)。结论经皮扩张气管切开术安全、简便、快速、损伤小,费用相对较高,可选择性应用于用于危重患者。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy(PDT) in neurosurgery.Methods Sixty severe patients who needed tracheostomy were randomly divided into PDT group and surgical tracheostomy(ST) group.The surgery duration,early postoperative complications,incision healing time and medical expenses of the two groups were compared.Results The surgery duration,early postoperative complications and incision healing time were lower in the PDT group than in the ST group(P<0.05),but the expenses of the PDT group was higher than that of the ST group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDT is a safe,convenient and fast technique with smaller injuries,but the medical expenses are comparatively higher.It can be selectively chosen for severe patients. |
