摘    要:目的比较持续负压加冲洗引流技术在皮瓣移植术后的应用与护理效果。方法对32例皮瓣移植术后患者放置引流管进行持续中心负压吸引与冲洗引流。做好负压引流的护理,注意冲洗时间和冲洗液速度的调整,同时加强观察,防止并发症的发生。结果所有病例均未发生皮瓣下积液积血,切口均一期愈合。结论皮瓣移植术后留置引流管进行持续中心负压吸引及冲洗引流,可使负压稳定,能有效吸出创面的渗血、渗液,使皮瓣顺利成活。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effect of continuous negative pressure suction and irrigation technology in flap graft surgeries.Methods After the flap grafts,32 patients were administrated drainage tubes for continuous negative pressure suction and irrigation.Meanwhile,relevant nursing interventions such as the adjustment of irrigation intervals and irrigation speed were carried out.Observations were enhanced in case any complications occurred.Results No effusion underneath the flaps was detected while primary healing was observed in all cases.Conclusion The continuous negative suction plus irrigation technology is defined to be significantly effective in maintaining the stability of negative pressure of regular suction apparatus which smoothly drains out the errhysis and seepage from the surface of wounds and thus leads to the successful survival of transplanted flaps.
