| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者肺部感染的作用。方法对48例重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者从防误吸、吸痰护理、气道湿化、非计划性拔管的预防、及时堵管与拔管、心理干预等方面实施系统化有效护理干预。结果经过有效的护理干预,保证了呼吸道通畅,减少并预防肺部感染的发生,促进患者康复。结论正确合理的护理干预是重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者预防肺部感染并获得预期目标的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on pulmonary infection of severe craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy.Methods Forty-eight severe craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy were administered effective and systematic nursing interventions in terms of prevention of aspiration,sputum sucking nursing,airway humidification,prevention of unplanned extubation,prompt pipe blockage and extubation,and psychological intervention.Results Through effective nursing intervention,the respiratory tract kept unobstructed,and the incidence of pulmonary infection was reduced and prevented.Consequently the rehabilitation of patients was promoted.Conclusion Rational nursing intervention is important to obtain desirable outcomes in preventing pulmonary infection of severe craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy. |
