雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及安全性对照分析

目的探讨雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效及安全性。方法将65例GERD患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊;对照组30例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。观察2组症状及胃镜征象改善情况。结果 2组的症状积分均显著降低,但治疗组降低程度大于对照组;治疗组胃镜征象改善率大于对照组。疗程结束时治疗组幽门螺杆菌阳性率有低于对照组的趋势,但差异无统计学意义。治疗组临床症状及胃镜下治愈率均显著高于对照组。结论和20 mg/d的奥美拉唑相比,10 mg/d的雷贝拉唑对GERD患者临床症状及胃镜征象的改善作用更好,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Comparative analysis of efficacy and safetyof rabeprazole and omeprazole on gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of rabeprazole and omeprazole on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods A total of 65 GERD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=35) received rabeprazole,and the control group(n=30) received omeprazole.The changes of gastroscopic findings and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.Results The symptom scores decreased significantly in both two groups,but the decreased amplitude was larger in the treatment group than in the control group.The improvement rate of gastroscopic findings was higher in the treatment group than in the control group.The rate of H pylori(+)was lower in the treatment group than in the control group at the end of the course,but there was no significant difference.The disappearance rates of clinical symptoms and abnormal gastroscopic findings were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Compared with omeprazole 20 mg/d,rabeprazole 10 mg/d has better effect on improvement of the clinical symptoms and abnormal gastroscopic findings in GERD patients,with no increase of the incidence rate of adverse events.
