| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2009年11月~2011年5月普外科行腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的25例患者资料。结果本组所有患者均治愈出院,随访6~12个月,未发现严重并发症。结论腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术术野暴露清晰,便于探查、引流和发现合并的或隐患的疾病,并能够及时治疗,同时具有创伤小恢复快、疤痕小等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair surgery.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients who received laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair surgery in our hospital from November 2009 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were discharged with recovery.The 6-and 12-month follow-up found no serious complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair offers a clear surgical field and it is easy to explore,drainage and identify combined or hidden diseases.Thus timely treatment can be provided.The technique also has advantages of smaller incision and scar and faster recovery. |
