椎管内神经鞘瘤的MRI表现

目的：探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的MRI表现。方法：回顾行分析15例经手术病理（包括外院）证实的椎管内神经鞘瘤的MRI表现。结果：椎管内神经鞘瘤T1WI为等或（和）低信号，T2WI多为高或高低混杂信号，增强扫描大多数肿瘤呈明显均匀或环状强化，伴或不伴肿瘤内分隔。结论：MRI是椎管内神经鞘瘤的最好的影像学诊断方法，椎管内神经鞘瘤的部位、形态、信号及增强后的表现有一定特征性，对多数肿瘤可作处准确定性诊断。

MRI Appeayances of Intraspinal Neurilemmoma Department of Radiology

Objective To evaluate MR imaging features of inteaspinal neurilemmoma. Methods MRI appearances of 15 cases of intraspinal neurilemmoma confirmed by pathology were analyzedretrospectively. Results Signals of the tumors were all isometric and/or low on T1WI and werehyper-densy or mixed hyper-hypodensy on T2WI, the most tumors showed obvious heterogeneousor verge enhancement with or without separations in the it. Conclusion MRI is the bestmethod in diagnosing the intraspinal neurilemmoma,which can well manifest itslocation,configuration,signal and the characteristics after enhancement.
