全髋置换术中前外侧切口与后外侧切口的效果比较

目的:比较前外侧切口与后外侧切口在初次髋关节置换术中的效果.方法:随机选取手术入路为前外侧及后外侧的初次全髋置换患者各40例,对两组患者的一般资料、手术出血量、手术前后髋关节评分及术后并发症等作回顾性研究.结果:两组间比较,在手术出血量、髋关节术后评分、术后并发症等方面无明显差异(P＞0.05).两组内在手术前后的髋关节评分比较差异明显(P＜0.05).结论:手术切口的选择对全髋关节置换术的疗效无影响.

Effective Comparison between Anterolateral and Posterolateral Surgical Approaches in the Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective:To compare effects of anterolateral and posterolateral surgical approaches in primary total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Selecting 80 patients adopted the primary total hip arthroplasty,including 40 cases by anterolateral surgical approaches and other 40 cases with posterolateral surgical approaches,to retrospectively study their general numerical data,volume of hemorrhage during the operations,the evaluative scores about hip joint before and after the operations,and postoperative complications.Results:The hemorrhage volume,postoperative hip-joint scores and postoperative complications showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05),but the preoperative and postoperative hip-joint scores were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:There was not obvious influence of various surgical approaches on the curative effects of hip replacement.
