| 摘 要： | 绞股蓝的主要药效成分是绞股蓝皂苷，具有非常广泛的药理作用，其在治疗高脂血症上也具有很好的疗效。本文概述了绞股蓝的药理作用及临床治疗高脂血症方面的研究概况，为绞股蓝的进一步研究开发和临床用药提供思路和参考。

| Abstract: | Gynostemma pentaphyllum ,the main effective components is ginsengnoside ,has extensive pharmacolog-ical activities ,and good curative effect on hyperlipemia.This paper summarized the research situation of the pharma-cological action and the treatment of hyperlipidemia in clinical of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.Which provided the re-search ideas and reference for further researching development and clinical medication of Gynostemma pentaphyllum . |
