TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)在糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症中变化的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨血栓素B2 (TXB2 )和 6 酮前列腺素F1α(6 Keto PGF1α)在糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症中的作用机制。方法 将糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症患者 60例 (A组 )分为血瘀型组 (A1 组 )和湿热下注型组 (A2 组 )为观察组 ,并设对照组单纯糖尿病组 (B组 )、闭塞性动脉硬化症组 (C组 )和健康组 (D组 )各2 0例 ,所有受检者均取清晨空腹静脉血 ,用放免法检测TXB2 和 6 Keto PGF1α。结果 A1 、A2 、B、C组TXB2水平和T P值均高于D组 ,而 6 Keto PGF1α水平均低于D组 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 TXB2 和 6 Keto PGF1α与糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症的发病有密切关系

Abstract:Objective To investigate the action mechanism of thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) and 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α (6 Keto PGF 1α ) in diabetic limb arterial obliteration (DLAO).Methods 60 patients with DLAO were selected as experimental group (A).Among them 30 patients were attributed to blood stasis (A 1),and the other 30 patients were attributed to pathogenic damp heat attacking the lower limbs (A 2) according to the TCM syndrome differentiating diagnosis. The patients with diabetes (B),with arteriosclerosis obliteration (C) and healthy subjects (D),20 patients in each group, were observed as control groups. The venous blood in empty stomach was drawn in the morning to detect TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of TXB 2 and T/P of group A 1,A 2,B and C were significantly higher than those of group D, while the levels of 6 keto PGF 1α of these groups were much lower than that of group D.Conclusion TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α play an important role in the pathogenesis of DLAO.
