不孕不育患者人格特征、应对方式与其生活质量状况的相关研究

目的探讨人格、应对方式对不孕不育患者生活质量状况的影响，为临床治疗及心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用问卷法，对122例不孕不育患者及110名已婚已育健康者进行健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ—RSC）和特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）测试。结果不孕不育患者积极应对、E分与sf-36总分呈显著正相关，消极应对以及N分、P分与SF-36总分呈显著负相关；多元逐步回归分析显示：消极应对、N、积极应对对不孕不育患者生活质量有预测作用。结论人格特征、应对方式是影响不孕不育患者生活质量状况的重要因素。

Research on Personality Characteristics ,Coping Style and QOL on Infertile Patients

objective To explore the association between personality,coping style and the QOL (quality of life) of infertile patients,in order to provide theory basis for clinical therapy and psychological intervention.Methods 122 infertile patients and 110 fertile persons were investigated with Short Form of 36 (SF-36),EPQ-R Short Scale for Chinese (EPQ-RSC) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) respectively.Results The scores of E and posi- tive coping style were positively correlated with the total score of SF-36,and the scores of N ,P and negative coping style were negatively correlated with the total score of SF-36.Multiple regression analysis indicated that the total score of QOL could be predicated by negative coping style,N and positive coping style.Conclusion QOL of the infertile patients was affected by personality characteristic and coping style.
