摘    要:目的:探讨医学生在临床实习中以专题讲座为主与以问题为导向的病例讨论为主两种教学方式的教学效果。方法:2007-2008学年实习医生用专题讲座教学方式为对照组,2008-2009学年用问题为导向的病例讨论方式为实验组,对老师授课质量评价和实习生出科考试成绩进行比较。结果:实验组实习生对老师授课质量评价和实习生出科考试成绩均高于对照组。结论:以问题为导向的病例讨论的教学法对提高实习生的临床思维能力明显优于专题讲座,培养了实习生分析问题和解决问题的能力,取得了显著的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of lectures and problem-based learning in clinical practice of medical students.Methods The medical students were divided into two groups: control group was educated with lectures from 2007 to 2008,experiment group was educated with problem-based learning from 2008 to 2009.Then the quality evaluation of class from the students and examination records of students were compared at the end of practice.Results There was significant difference between the two groups.The quality evaluation and examination records of the experiment group were obviously higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Problem-based learning is better than lectures at elevating capability of clinical thinking.It can cultivate the students'capability of analysis and solution,and achieve good clinical teaching effect.
