摘    要:
无诊疗过失的医患纠纷是指患者在诊疗过程中发生的不良后果,因医疗意外,并发症等原因所致,但患方认为系医务人员直接诊疗过失所致,进而引发医患间纠纷。其常见原因为医护人员向患方解释工作不到家,言语不慎,忽视医疗保密制度,或因病人对医疗工作的复杂性缺乏理解等。

Abstract:
Medical dispute of non-negligence is referred to as a harmful outcome to patient due to medical accidents and complications during the diagnostic and therapeutic processes. From patient's point of view, the outcome is produced with medical staff's full liability. Therefore, dispute between medical staff and patient touches off. The common reason for the dispute is that medical staff are far from perfect in giving enough and appropriate explanations to patient and family and in maintaining secrecy of medical service. Moreover, patient is short of understanding the complexity of medical practice. In order to take precautions against medical dispute of non-negligence, we should start with strengthening education in medical ethics and legality, and improving the professional quality of medical practitioners. It is highly recommended that popular health science publicity be enhanced to help the public better understand medical affairs so as to reduce occurrence of medical dispute.
