探讨CT引导下肺穿刺的操作要点及临床应用

目的:探讨CT导向下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术要点及临床应用。材料与方法:采用COOK公司16G～21G自动弹射活检枪,选择最佳层面、进针点及进针角度和深度,行多点取材。回顾性分析34例肺内病变CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果:穿刺成功率100%,活检诊断准确率为30/34(88%)。2例发生轻度气胸,3例穿刺后咯血痰,1例发生液气胸。结论:CT引导下穿刺活检属微创伤性技术,简便易行,安全有效,成功率高,并发症少。

The Main Points of CT-Guidedfine-Needle Percutaneous Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Lung Lesions

Objective To explore the main points and the clinical application of CT-guided fine-needle percutaneous biopsy in patients with lung lesions.Materials and Method Cook 16～21G puncture needle hah been used to inserting aspira- tion from the best_chosen level,situs,angle and depth.And had made of multodrop.34 patients of lung lesions in diameter under-went CT-guided percutaneous and Clinical follow-up Results The successful puncture rate was 100%,diagnose ac- curate rate was 30/349(88%).Conclusion The technique of percutaneous biopsy and interventional treatment under CT guided is of mild invasive,simple,high successful rate and only a few complications.
