| 摘 要： | 通过对相关文献的回顾 ,了解脊髓损伤病人尿路感染的发病因素、诊断、预防和治疗的研究现状。尿路感染仍然是脊髓损伤病人最常见的并发症 ;导尿是非常重要的危险因素 ;依据症状、体征、脓尿和尿培养细菌数诊断尿路感染 ;不提倡用抗生素预防尿路感染和治疗无症状性菌尿 ;氟喹诺酮类药物治疗这类病人有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | To understand current study in pathogeny diagnosis,prophylaxis and treatment of urinay tract infection in patients with spinal cord injury by relative references review.Urinary tract infection is still the most frequent complication occurring in patients with spinal cord injuries;the method of urinarydrainage is thought to be a very important risk factor for urinary tract infection in the patients.The diagnosis is based on the combination of symptoms,signs,pyuria and significiant bacteriuria;urinary tract infection of antibiotic prophylaxis and asymptomatic bacteriuria of antibiotic treatment are generally not recommended;The fluoroquinolones are better results of treatement for the patients. |
