心脏康复是一种以运动锻炼为核心的全面医疗方案不可缺乏的一部分。心脏康复可降低心肌梗死患者的死亡率，可提高心肌梗死和心力衰竭患者的运动耐力和功能状态，改善患者的心理状态，提高心脏病患者的生存质量。
