珠海市部分特殊服务行业职业人群的心理状况调查研究

目的　为了解桑拿按摩师的心理卫生状况。方法　采用系统化职业心理测验方法对珠海市２３６ 名女按摩师进行了调查。结果　女按摩师认知能力正常；反映心理卫生状况的焦虑、抑郁、对立、敏感、幻想、躯体不适及强迫等症候群较明显。结论　提示桑拿按摩师存在不同的心理卫生问题；职业满意度和工作生活质量差，还有明显的掩饰倾向。并对产生的原因进行了探讨

The mental status of some special service groups in Zhuhai

Objective In order to study the mental status of masseuses. Methods 236 masseuses were analyzed by using the Occupational Psychological Test (OPT). Results Results The result showed that the masseuses' cognitive ability had no obvious difference with the control group ( P <0 05). However, some problems in their mental state were shown. Their anxious, depressive, hostile, sensitive, illusive, somatic disorder and obsessive scores were obviously increased ( P <0.05). The occupational satisfaction and work life quality of the masseuses were obviously decreased ( P <0.05).The masseuse had some trends of concealing ( P<0.01 ). Conclusion The result suggested that the masseuses' mental state had some problem, the reason had been discussed.
