| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对胰岛细胞瘤的超声诊断水平。方法：对22例胰岛细胞瘤病例进行回顾性分析。结果：胰岛素瘤3例，非功能性胰岛细胞瘤19例，超声与CT对其定位诊断正确率分别为77.8％（14／18）、75％（9／12）。结论：超声与CT均能大部分胰岛细胞瘤作出定位诊断，但对其定性诊断尚需总结提高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the diagnostic capability of US for the islet cell tumor. Methods: 22 cases of islet cell tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The accuracy rates to locate the islet cell tumor by ultrasonography and CT were 77.8%(14/18) and 75%(9/12) , respectively. Conclusions: The islet cell tumors can be correctly located by US and CT. However, sonographic deciding on islet cell tumor must be promoted. |
