经体外高热联合液体培养净化的自体骨髓移植治疗成人急性白血病

用体外高热联合液体培养净化骨髓移植物后作自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ），治疗７例成人急性白血病和１例骨髓受侵的霍奇金病，移植后除１例早期死于败血症，其余皆造血重建。６例持续完全缓解（ＣＣＲ），中位缓解１８８天，１例ＣＣＲ４个月后死于非病意外，作者认为本法近期疗效较好，远期疗效尚需更多病例的长期随访证实。

AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATIONWTTH MARROW GRAFTS PURGED IN VITRO BY HYPERTHERMIA AND LIOUID CULTIVATION FORTREATMENT OF ADULT ACUTELEUKEMIA

n theprevious study,we havedemonstratedthat thein vitro purging effect of hypert hermia could be signifi-cantly enhanced when combined with liquid marrow cul-tivation. In this report, we used this combined purgingprocedure in autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT)for the treatment of 7 adult patients with a-cute leukemia and one with Hodgkin's lymphoma(HL),whose marrow was involved with tumor cells. After ABMT,6 patients got continuous complete remission(CCR)with a mean follow-up of more than 4 months,one died from disease Dfree accidence in more than 4 months post ABMT,and one died from colibacillus sep-ticemia at day 14 post ABMT. It is considered that the clinical results of ABMT with combined pu rging of hy- perthermia and liquid culture in vitro are encouraging,but definite efficacy needs longer follow-up of more pa- tients.
