| 摘 要： | 医患关系是医疗体系中最基本、最重要的关系,和谐的医患关系是保证卫生服务可持续发展的必要条件,也是我国医药卫生体制改革努力的方向之一。该文基于博弈理论,通过对医患关系的一次交易和重复交易的博弈分析,提出了促进医患关系健康发展的相应举措。

| Abstract: | The doctor- patient relationship is the most basic and important relationship in the medical system. The harmonious doctor-patient relationship is a necessary condition for ensuring the sustainable development of the health services and also is one of the directions of efforts of the medical and health system reform in our country. This article conducts the game analysis on the once deal and repeat deal of the doctor-patient relationship and puts forward the corresponding measures for promoting the healthy development of the doctorpatient relationship based on the game theory. |
