不同剂量文拉法辛缓释剂治疗老年抑郁症急性期临床疗效比较

目的：研究不同剂量文拉法辛缓释剂治疗老年抑郁症急性期的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：老年抑郁症急性期患者82例，分别使用文拉法辛缓释剂75mg／d（A组）和150mg／d（B组）治疗6周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）及不良反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效。结果：治疗后HAMD总分与治疗前比较，2组均显著下降（P〈0．001），A组治愈率为51．2％，总有效率为67．5％；B组分别为69．2％、87．2％。B组HAMD及临床疗效均优于A组（均P〈0．05），TESS在第2周时B组高于A组（P〈0．05），4周后2组差异无显著性意义。结论：文拉法辛缓释剂治疗老年抑郁症急性期疗效可靠，每日150mg的剂量优于75mg，且不良反应无明显增加。

Clinical Effectiveness of Different Dosages of Venlafaxine XR in Treating Acute Senile Depression

Objective: To study the clinical effectiveness and side effects of different dosages of Venlafaxine XR in treating acute senile depression.Methods: Eighty-two senile patients with acute depression were treated with 75 mg/day(group A) or 150 mg/day(group B) for 6 weeks.The clinical effectiveness was assessed by HAMD and TESS.Results: The HAMD scores after treatment in both two groups were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment.The curative rate in groups A and B was 51.2 % and 69.2 % respectively and the total effective rate was 67.5 % and 87.2 % respectively.There was significant difference in HAMD and effective rate between two groups(P<0.05).The scale of side effects was highest at 2nd weekend,lowest at 6th weekend,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but difference not existed at 4th weekand.Conclusion: Both 75 mg/day and 150 mg/day of Venlafaxine XR could effectively treat acute senile depression,with favorite of 150 mg every day.
