孕产期系统健康教育对妊娠结局的影响

目的：研究孕产期系统健康教育对分娩结局的影响。方法：有针对性的从新乡市医药站职工医院2010年1月～2012年1月人院分娩的孕妇300例，随机抽取定期产前检查并自愿接受孕产期系统健康教育的孕妇150例作为观察组，只接受定期产前检查的孕妇150例作为对照组，研究两组分娩方式、产程时间、产后2h出血量、巨大儿及产时并发症的发生率。结果：观察组与对照组从剖宫产率，产程时间，产后2h出血量，巨大儿及产时并发症发生率对比，差异具有统计学意义。结论：孕产妇系统健康教育能有效降低剖宫产率，缩短产程时间，减少产后2h出血量，减少巨大儿及产时并发症的发生率。

Influence of systematic health education on pregnancy outcome during pregnant and puerperal period

Objective：To study influence of systematic health education on pregnancy outcome during pregnant and puerperal period. Methods ：300 pregnant women admitted to delivery from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected purposely and randomly divided into observation group （150 cases） and control group （150 cases）, wherein the cases in observation group took the regular an- tenatal examination and accepted the systematic health education during pregnant and puerperal period voluntarily, whereas the cases in control group only took the antenatal examination. Delivery modes, labor time, postpartum 2h hemorrhage amounts, macrosomia, and incidence rates of intrapartum complications of the two groups were studied. Results： Differences of cesarean section rate, the labor the postpartum 2h hemorrhage amount, the macrosomia, and the incidence rate of intrapartum complications between observation group and control group were statistically significant. Conclusions： The systematic health education during pregnant and puerperal peri- od can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, shorten the labor time, and reduce the postpartum 2h hemorrhage amount, the mac- rosomia and the incidence rates of intrapartum complications.
