二羰基化合物与糖尿病慢性并发症关系的研究进展

摘    要:二羰基化合物是一种高反应性毒性化合物,近年来研究表明,糖尿病患者体内二羰基化合物水平增高,且由于其本身的毒性作用及快速生成晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)特性,与糖尿病慢性并发症有一定的关系。本文以甲基乙二醛(methylglyoxal,MGO)、3-脱氧葡萄糖醛酮(3-dexoyglucosone,3-DG)为例,将二羰基化合物的生成代谢及其与糖尿病慢性并发症的关系作一综述。

Abstract:Dicarbonyl compounds are high reactive toxical compounds.For the past few years,more and more studies indicate that the levels of dicarbonyl compounds are elevated in diabetic patients.There are relationships between dicarbonyls and diabetes complications because of the toxicity and formation of advanced glycation products(AGEs).This paper reviews the metabolism of carbonyls and its relationship with diabetes chronic complications.
