乌灵胶囊联合抗精神病药物治疗精神病后衰弱状态

目的 研究乌灵胶囊联合抗精神病药物治疗精神病后衰弱状态的效果。方法 将120例阳性症状得到控制的精神分裂症或分裂样精神病患者随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例)．研究组应用乌灵胶囊联合抗精神病药物治疗，对照组应用单一抗精神病药物治疗，疗程6w，并进行比较分析。结果 两组失眠、衰弱、抑郁、焦虑症状及社会功能均显著改善，与治疗前比较差异显著(P＜0．05或P＜0．01)，认知功能无显著改善；研究组失眠、焦虑、社交因子效果优于对照组(P＜0．05或P＜0．01)。结论 乌灵胶囊联合抗精神病药物治疗精神病后衰弱状态效果良好。

Combination of Wuling capsule and anti-psychotics in post-psychosis fatigue state

Objective To study combination of Wuling capsule and anti-psychotics in post-psychosis fatigue state. Methods 120 in-patients with schizophrenia or schizoid disorder remitted from positive symptoms were randomly divided into two research and control groups(each n=60), the former took combination of Wuling capsule and anti-psychotics and the latter did single anti-psychotics for 6 weeks. Results There was significant improvement in insomnia, fatigue, depression, anxiety and social function of both the two groups compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with control group, the research group showed better effects in insomnia, anxiety and social function(P <0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion The effects of combination Wuling capsule and anti-psychotics in post-psychosis fatigue state is better.
