北京市安贞小区脑卒中危险因素的调查分析

为了探索群体脑卒中防治的有效措施，我们对安贞小区１９８９－１９９０两年发病的脑卒中患者８８例进行了各项危险因素的调查，并与小区抽样人群危险因素水平做对照比较，结果显示，脑卒中组各项危险因素水平均高于对照组，女性有显著性差异。提示高血压是脑卒中最重要的危险因素。心脏病和脑卒中家族史与脑卒中发病有密切关系，其它危险因素有高血脂、高血糖、高血粘度、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒等。以上结果提示，预防脑卒中必须采取以预防和控制高血压为主的综合防治措施。

An Investigation Program in Risk Factors of Stroke in Anzhen Area Beijing

A risk factor survey was carried out in post-stroke patients,and the result is compared with that of a random sample population from Anzhen area in 1989-1990.The data showed that the blood pressure,serum cholesterol,blood glucose,they mass index,smoking rate are higher and t he serum high density lipoproteincholesterol is lower than that in the control group.In female there are significant differences between two groups.The result indicated that hypertension is the most important risk factor of stroke,heart disease and family history of stroke are closely related to the occurrence of stroke,Other risk factors include high blood lipid,diabetes,obesity,smoking,alcohol and so on.
