| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非癌性疼痛病人疼痛与抑郁的相关性.方法对64例住院的非癌性疼痛病人采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测试,所得资料进行统计学分析.结果非癌性疼痛病人经疼痛干预后疼痛与抑郁程度明显减轻,治疗第2周后,两者相关系数r=0.412（P＜0.05）,即疼痛与抑郁正相关.结论非癌性疼痛与抑郁具有较大的相关性,因此应重视疼痛的护理评估,预见性地做好健康教育指导,帮助病人纠正抑郁的负性认知,以减缓疼痛,提高生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of pain notinduced by cancer and depression.Methods 64 inpatients with non-cancerous pain were investigated by visual analogue scale and self-rating depression scale.Results Depression of the patients was mitigated after being treated the pain.The correlation coefficient of pain and depression was 0.412(P<0.05).Conclusions The pain and depression of the patients have significant correlation.Adequate assessing the pain,timely nursing and health education should be emphasized in nursing service in order to relieve the pain and depression as well as improve quality of life. |
