宫颈脱落细胞高危人乳头瘤病毒DNA分型定量的临床应用

摘    要:
目的探讨宫颈脱落细胞高危人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HR-HPV-DNA)分型定量在宫颈癌防治中的意义。方法采用实时定量PCR-双色荧光探针法,对1 417例体检妇女进行宫颈脱落细胞作HR-HPV-DNA分型定量检测和TCT检测。结果 HR-HPV16是HR-HPV单型别中阳性率最高的型别(19.14%)。HR-HPV-DNA总体阳性率为13.76%,HR-HPV-DNA阳性率和水平随着细胞学诊断的严重程度增加而升高。在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组,HR-HPV-DNA水平高于正常组、萎缩性鳞状上皮细胞组、轻度炎症组和中度炎症组(P〈0.05)。非典型鳞状上皮细胞组HR-HPV-DNA水平高于轻度炎症组(P〈0.05)。结论细胞学诊断的严重程度不仅与HR-HPV的型别有关,还与HR-HPV-DNA的水平有关。
