苏黄止咳胶囊联合综合干预对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者炎性因子及肺功能的影响

目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合综合干预对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者炎性因子及肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2017年11月收治的CVA患者74例进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组予吸入用布地奈德,口服茶碱缓释片,观察组在对照组基础上口服苏黄止咳胶囊,2组均连续治疗4周,并予综合干预措施。抽取治疗前后空腹静脉血,血细胞分析仪测定嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)、免疫球蛋白抗体E(IgE);酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α);肺功能检测仪测定最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、肺活量(FVC)、FEV1;生活质量评定量表进行生活质量评估。结果观察组治疗后EOS低于对照组,Ig E高于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后TGF-β1、TNF-α、IL-5低于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后PEF、FVC、FEV1高于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后心理、躯体、社会功能及物质生活评分优于对照组(P0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合综合干预可有效降低CVA患者气道炎症反应及气道高反应性,降低炎性因子水平,从而改善肺功能,提高生活质量。

Effects of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with comprehensive intervention on inflammatory factors and lung function in patients with cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate the effects of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with comprehensive intervention on inflammatory factors and lung function in patients with cough variant asthma.Methods From June 2016 to November 2017, 74 patients with CVA were randomly divided into observation group (n= 37) and control group (n= 37), control group was treated with budesonide inhalation, oral administration of theophylline sustained-release tablets, the observation group in the control group treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule, 2 groups of patients with continuous treatment for 4 weeks, and given comprehensive intervention measures. From fasting venous blood, determination of eosinophil count of blood cell analyzer (EOS), immunoglobulin E (IgE); enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) determination of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and interleukin -5 (IL-5), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α); Determination of peak expiratory flow rate of pulmonary function detector (PEF), vital capacity (FVC), FEV1; quality of life scale were used to evaluate the quality of life.Results The EOS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, IgE was higher than that in control group (P<0.05);TGF-β1, TNF-α, IL-5 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, PEF, FVC, and FEV1 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of psychology, body, social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness in CVA patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, thereby improving lung function and improving the quality of life.
