手法为主治疗膝关节骨性关节炎下肢力线变化

目的观察分析手法合针刺及刺络放血治疗膝关节骨性关节炎下肢力线的变化。方法将80例符合纳入/排除标准的膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者随机分成2组,各40例,治疗组接受手法合针刺及刺络放血治疗,对照组接受口服药物治疗,比较2组下肢力线的变化。结果治疗后2组下肢力线各夹角与治疗前后差值比较均有统计学意义(P0.05);角A(髋-膝-踝角)值的变化与其他各角成负相关系,角A平均值偏小时,角B、角C、角D、角E、角F平均值均对应变大,随着治疗后角A增大,上述角均减小。结论腰髋膝踝具有联动效应,手法矫正力线结合针刺及刺络放血治疗KOA能明显改善下肢力线。

Change of lower limb force line in treating knee osteoarthritis with manipulation

Objective To observe and analyze the changes of the lower extremity force line in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture and blood letting puncture. Methods 80 patients with primary knee osteoarthritis (KOA) were randomized into two groups. The treatment group was treated by with acupuncture and blood letting puncture.The control group was treated with oral medication. To compare the changes of the lower extremity force line of the two groups. Results After treatment, there were significant differences in the angle between the 2 groups of lower extremity force lines and before and after treatment (P<0.05). The change of angular A (hip - knee - ankle) value is negatively related to the other angles, the angle of B.C.D.E.F average was big. The change of A angle (hip-knee-ankle angle) was negative phase relationship with other angle. As the mean value of angle A is smaller, angle B, angle C, angle D, angle E and corner F are all correspondingly larger. Conclusion The knee and ankle of the lumbar and hip has a linkage effect. The treatment of KOA can obviously improve the lower limb force line with the combination of manipulation combined with acupuncture and blood letting puncture.
