"炎—癌转化"即慢性炎症恶性转化。中医学认为,"炎—癌转化"的一般病因病机中先天不足、后天失养所致的正气亏虚是"炎—癌转化"的内在因素,气滞、痰浊、血瘀、毒瘀互结等邪气充盛是"炎—癌转化"的重要条件,而正虚邪实是"炎—癌转化"的最终环节。在临床治疗中多以活血化瘀、解毒通络兼以扶正为治。
